Our Graduate programme attracts students from several countries and is supported by the Hebrew University's International Office. The curriculum is spread over two years (four semesters), and includes numerous international exchange opportunities, as well as exclusive partnerships with international summer schools (Dickens Universe, Santa Cruz, California; Beckett Summer School, Dublin; Shakespeare Summer School, Verona).
Shlomith Rimmon-Kenan is Professor of English and Comparative Literature at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
The courses offered in our MA programme showcase our faculty’s strengths and latest research interests. While offerings change from year to year, recent programmes have included seminars on the pastoral genre, Irish modernism, posthumanism, eco-criticism, Victorian culture, 9/11 fiction, as well as single-author courses on Milton, Nabokov, Shakespeare and J.M.
Coetzee.
