          Nitin Paranjpe (born 1963) is the present Chief Transformation Officer & Chief People Officer of Unilever, a position that he took over in January 2022.[1] Prior to this he was the President of Unilever's Food and Refreshment business, a role he was appointed in 2018.

          Before this, he headed the Home Care business from 1 October 2013.[2] Paranjpe was also the CEO of the Unilever's Indian business - Hindustan Unilever - and Executive Vice President for the South Asia region encompassing Unilever's businesses in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal from 2008-2013.[3]
